Is this English hospitality of sheer bad manners?

I had never been in their face once since 1999 to complain, either if they are drilling the walls on any given sunday,or on Easter Sunday, I just bear it in silence. Cause a more hostile type of neighbours had left me 4dead b4 in 1983, for complaining about their noise within da same house, so this one next door seemed best to keep just ignorig it! U r outnumbered again anyway! Than be upset am actually pleased to show evidence of why I need to swap & move out of here, this is all I had endured and worse since 1999, & they blocking my swap to make it personal!
